Bus to Chester, along the east bank of the R Dee to Eccleston, across the A55 dual carriageway & back along the old drive from Eaton Hall to Grosvenor bridge, Chester. Lunch at the Bear & Billet

Starting from the car park on Yeld lane Kelsall down to Brine's Brow Picnic area turning into Delamere Forest to return via the Sandstone trail dining at the Abbey Arms we got stampeded by sheep as the farmer tried with difficulty to get them to cross the road from one field to the other.
