From the Boot & Slipper @ Wettenhall head east along metalled track then over fields to Paradise Farm. Turn north pass Dingleside farm & radio telescope to Darnhall then back past Wettenhall Hall. Several overgrown stiles.

Fron the Traveller's Rest, Newton over fields & tracks on Eddisbury way to Crossley Hospital. Retun over high ground. Noticed poor stile maintenance from start to equestrain centre.

From Doddleston over flat, open fields. Lots of luscious but wet grass. Good views of the Clwydian Hills. Part of the walk in Wales. Poor stiles. Good lunch at the Red Lion.

R Miller Starting from the car park on Yeld lane Kelsall down to Brine's Brow Picnic area turning into Delamere Forest to return via the Sandstone trail dining at the Abbey Arms we got stampeded by sheep as the farmer tried with difficulty to get them to cross the road from one field to the other.
